Chocolate Fudge Slice – (Preheat Oven to 180 degrees celcius or 350 degrees fahrenheit).
110 grams butter
1 egg (beaten)
1 tablespoon cocoa
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup self-raising flour
Method: Melt butter, add sugar and egg, then beat well. Beat in cocoa and vanilla. Add flour and coconut, then mix well. Spread mixture into greased lamington tin and bake in preheated oven 180 degrees celsius or 350 degrees fahrenheit until cooked. (approximately 20 minutes). While still warm, ice with chocolate icing and sprinkle with coconut.
