Cheesy Omelette


4 eggs

50 grams NZ epicure cheese or tasty

pinch salt

cracked pepper

a little milk (tablespoon)

a little cream (tablespoon)


small amount chopped fresh parsley

Method:  beat eggs, grate cheese into eggs, add salt and pepper, chopped parsley, milk and cream.  Beat well.  Melt butter in large frypan and pour omelette mix on medium heat till nearly cooked and then turn over.  Serve immediately.  Serves 2.
