Raw fruit (bananas, oranges, kiwi fruit, berries and grapes)
1 dessertspoon gelatine
1/2 cup sugar
Chop fruit into serving bowl. Separate eggs. Beat egg yolks with the sugar. Boil some water, dissolve the gelatine in 1/2 a cup of boiling water. Add this to the egg yolks. Take the egg whites, salt and beat until stiff peeks. Fold into egg yolk and gelatine mixture. Pour over fruit and leave to set in the fridge for approx 10 minutes.
