Vegetarian Nut Patties Burgers
These Patties Burgers can be whipped up in no time at all. Unlike the title they won’t drive you nuts mixing up the ingredients and they won’t take up much of your precious cooking time. A tasty treat the walnuts can be replaced with macadamias or almonds. (It will make them much more crunchy, unless, you want to get some of that ‘repressed’ frustration out or just have some fun, give them a good whipping with the mortar and pestle).
1 cup rolled oats
1 onion (finely diced or minced)
1 teaspoon of thyme (fresh or in the packet)
Himalayan crystal sea salt or other (pinch or a little more)
3 level tablespoons of greens or other healthy quick gravy mix
1/2 cup walnuts or almonds or macadamias
chopped parsley (fresh or in the packet).
Some milk rice, almond, soya or cows (whatever you like).
Method: Mix all the ingredients together except the gravy. Spray your frypan with olive oil cooking spray or spread a dessertspoon full of olive on the pan before placing on stove. Heat the pan, then grab tablespoons of the mixed ingredients and cook until golden brown on both sides. Once all cooked add the gravy mixture and simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
