Fake Pizza – great for kids and big kids or Adults

These are tasty treats for the kids or when you want a carbohydrate fix.


6 english muffins or 6 crumpets

Store brought Pizza base sauce or tomato sauce or tomato ketchup

Mixed Herbs

Olive oil

225 grams of vegetarian Edam cheese or New Zealand Epicure cheese or tasty cheddar

Take out the muffins or crumpets top with the pizza sauce or tomato sauce/ketchup.  Combine the cheese and mixed herbs spread this mixture over the muffins or crumpets.  Then pour or spray on some olive oil.  Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes on a baking tray at 200 degrees celsius or 400 degrees fahrenheit.

Tip:  You can add various other toppings – cheese, bacon bits, slices of pineapple, avocado, slices of champagne leg ham, sliced turkey roll, sliced chicken breast, sliced green peppers, sliced red peppers and sliced Roma tomatoes.
