Rum Balls

Ingredients:

1 tin condensed milk

Dessicated coconut

2 packets marie biscuits (crushed)

2 tablespoons cocoa

2 tablespoons rum (or use some rum essence 1 teaspoon if you don’t want the alcohol)

chocolate bits (optional) crush into small bits with a mortar and pestle or side of a knife

Method:  Mix all ingredients together.  Except the coconut.  Form into balls about 1/2 the size of a golf ball and then cover in coconut.
