Chocolate Easter Bunnies with Cocoa and Currants

You will need some chocolate bunnie moulds for this or you can always use other moulds for fun

Chocolate Easter Bunnies with Cocoa and Currants

Ingredients

60 grams pure icing sugar

55 grams good quality cocoa powder

85 grams copha

1 tablespoon of currants

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method:  Take out a small saucepan, melt the copha slowly on low heat.  When melted remove and add the icing sugar and cocoa.  Add the rest of the ingredients currants and vanilla.  Take out a dessertspoon put the mixture into the bunny moulds or whatever other moulds you are using.  Place them in the refrigerator to set.

Copha:  Copha is vegetable shortening found in most supermarkets.
