Chocolate Chewy Bars
2 free range or organic eggs
2 cups of unsalted peanuts
1 cup of caster sugar
Mince up the peanuts until fine. Take out a bowl beat the eggs until smooth. Mix the peanuts, eggs and sugar together until combined. Grease a 7 x 10 inch (18 cm x 28 cm) baking tin. Press mixture into tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 175 degrees celsius or 350 degrees fahrenheit. When still hot, turn out of the tin. Cover with chocolate icing and cut into fingers when cold.
1/2 cup of butter
3 tablespoons of milk (cows/almond/soya/rice)
1/2 cup cocoa powder
100 grams icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Take out a saucepan. Stir the butter, milk and cocoa together cooking for 5 minutes. Take off the stove. Pour the cocoa mixture into a mixing bowl, beat for one minute with an electric beater. Add the vanilla and slowly add the icing sugar beat the mixture until smooth.
