10 minutes of cooking and you can make yourself a delicious cheese muffin. Experiment with condiments to find the one/s you like the most. (tomato sauce, barbeque sauce, caesar dressing, mild english mustard, light sour cream)
1 free range or organic egg
A dash of Cayenne Pepper
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup (cows/soya/rice or almond) milk
1 cup grated cheese (tasty variety, New Zealand Epicure, Mainland Tasty, Stilton (if you like blue cheese), gruyere, jarlsberg, pecorino)
1 cup plain flour
Take out a large bowl. Place all ingredients inside. Grease the muffin trays. Put spoonfuls in muffin cases. Bake in a hot oven for approximately 10 minutes at 220 degrees celsius or 425 degrees fahrenheit. Serve warm or cool with butter and your favourite condiments.
