About being disciplined

I always thought being disciplined meant you wouldn’t have any fun. You had set routines and you never did anything spontaneously. What I have found is when you have certain times put aside for writing, blogging or whatever you like to do, this frees up your time to be spontaneous and have more fun. The recent television series ‘The Tudors’ contained an interesting answer from the death bed of King Henry the VIII. When asked what the most valuable thing we have in life is – he said “Time” (you can never get it back). Carpe diem with days of discipline and days of fun.
