Pancakes – My husband’s delicious Pancake Recipe.
110 grams of plain flour
2 free range or organic eggs
200 mls cows, rice or almond milk
50 mls water
1 tablespoon melted butter
blueberries, strawberries, lite cream, 100 percent Canadian Maple Syrup
Take out a large bowl, mix the sifted flour and eggs. Add the milk and the water whisk until all combined. Add the melted butter. Melt some more butter into the pan, temperature of the frying pan is medium. Add one soup ladle of pancake mixture to the frying pan. Tip the pan so the mixture covers the bottom of the pan. Cook on Medium heat until it is cooked though and then turn over and cook for another minute or so.
Serve with berries, bananas and maple syrup.
