Low fat cupcakes

Ingredients

1 cup self-raising flour

1 cup unprocessed bran

1 cup milk cows or rice or almond or soya

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup mixed fruit or sultanas

Method: Take out a bowl. Mix all the ingredients together except the milk. Once mixed add the milk and stir. Spoon into cupcake baking cups that are placed inside the cupcake baking tray. Bake at 190 degrees celsius or 374 Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.

Icing or Frosting :  use butter icing and sprinkle with a little cinnamon sugar.
